Boiler Trim Equipment
Liquid Level Gauges
- Colorport Gauges provide a visual indication of boiler water levels, showing green for water and red for steam. These units can be provided with a Fiber Optics viewer (available for certain sizes) to allow remote viewing
- Flat Glass gauges, reflex and transparent styles are available for lower pressure applications and provide a visual indication of water levels
Electronic Liquid Level Systems
- Using the conductivity of water these systems are designed to provide a cost effective means of indicating boiler water levels. These units can provide local and remote level indication, a variety of outputs as well as built In diagnostics (optional on certain models) utilizing state of the art electronics
Manometric Indicators
- Comparing pressure difference between a constant-height column of water to a variable-height column of water, these units provide a simple and effective means of showing the water level in the boiler with no outside power required
Steam Traps:
- An automatic condensate valve that opens to the flow of condensate and prevents the flow of steam
